"Fantastic gym to go to. Brilliant and very friendly trainer. Well priced to boot. My neighbourhood gym and the only one where I felt really motivated to go on a regular basis. There is enough and more equipment available if you need anything specific. The owner/ trainer takes pains to speak to you, understand what you need and help you with it. He is careful to ensure that you don't hurt yourself and he advises you to aim for fitness in a slow and steady way. No fads followed here - you are taught to listen to your body, take breaks, use correct form and not over do anything. I can't recommend this place enough."
